Clearsonics has completed installing WayPhone industrial telephones on the sides of the tunnel for motorists breakdown reporting. Two control rooms are available to operators to manage the calls including facilities for queuing, transfers, recording and system diagnostics. All the emergency phones will operate VoIP which has significantly simplified the communications architecture and allowed for multiple control rooms. The WayPhone Manager software will interface with the CCTV system so all emergency calls can also be viewed.
